Absolutely amazing service! We used Joy Time Party Rentals for our event and couldn't be happier. Everything was super clean, well-maintained, and delivered right on time. The team was professional, friendly, and made setup completely stress-free. You can tell they really care about making your event special. Our guests (especially the kids!) had an absolute blast. Beautiful bounce house, great price and lots of fun for the kids. What sets them apart is the service which was awesome. Kind and friendly owners. Wrote 2 days before to confirm all was good and even arrived early. Will definitely use again. A+ highly recommended 👍🏽

Wonderful company. They came in when they said and hooked up everything n showed us how to turn off. The waterslide was so much fun and it was beautiful and side was 18ft and perfect. Entire family enjoyed, even the adults and grandmother!! I will def order from them again if we do another party! Highly recommend.

Such a great experience with JoyTime Rentals! Very communicative, professional, and accommodating. We rented out a bounce house, chairs, and tables at a very reasonable price. The kids had a blast! We rent the party package with the bouncy and water slide, popcorn machine, and a lot of chairs and tables. Super responsible since the booking was made. They informed me about a cancellation so I was able to get the water slide within few days of the party. Communication was amazing, time to drop off and pick up amazing and best price on market as of now. Recommended 100%

They had such a smooth process they came set it up and came and picked it up no problem the bounce was amazing and the customer service was amazing nicest people I’ve met and their prices are so amazing yet their quality of work is even better than most people very quick to respond and was a great experience!

Want to give a huge shout out to Mary and her husband for bringing the 18ft water slide over for my daughter’s first birthday! They are very professional. Came at a decent time to set it up and it was very clean. Then they let me keep it over night, so the kids had another day of playing on it! We definitely will be using them again! Thanks again !

We had an amazing experience with Joy Time party rentals! The bounce house ,tables ,chairs and cotton candy machine was clean, well-maintained, and exactly as described. The setup and takedown were quick and professional, and the team was super friendly and punctual. The kids had an absolute blast, and the pricing was very reasonable.
